The Syntropy of Yoga is offered and taught in two models. Model 1 is
'The Practice', Model 2 is 'Therapeutics', each has a Level 1 and Level 2 option.
Model 1 | The Practice
Emphasis is placed on the enrichment of participants’ personal practice and teaching skills.
Refine the Practice, Elevate your Teaching
Subjects covered: asana and families of postures; pranayama and breath; functional anatomy and physiology; philosophy; the relevance and application of asana to ‘normal’ life; meditation and listening; the art of teaching, including communication, reading bodies, and touch.

Intermediate to professional level of instruction
Model 2 | Therapeutics
Emphasis is placed on the therapeutic application of yoga; for practitioners, teachers, and therapists working with injuries, dysfunction and rehabilitation in themselves, or others.
Therapeutic Application of Yoga
Subjects covered include the anatomy of asana, screening for dysfunction, new assessment paradigms, using props for support, therapeutic posture modifications, the role of touch and the guide, deepening personal practice to improve one's teaching, and a new vision of human physiology of pathways and structured water in human embodiment.
