Daily Schedule:

09:00 – 12:00 Traditional asana class

16:30 – 18:30 Continued asana exploration with the added, clarifying lens of osteopathy and functional movement

18:30 – 19:30  Inversions, supine postures and pranayama

​

3 daily vegetarian meals cooked and prepared on site by a professional chef, adept of traditional Chinese medicine, and teacher of macrobiotic cooking.

 

Price :

1,550 euros, ALL inclusive.

- Shared accommodation, 2 people per room.

- Shared toilet and bathrooms (3 bathrooms per 4 bedrooms).
- Private rooms with private bathroom also available for 2,000 euros.

- Plenty solo time: hiking, explore the traditional mountain village, breathe the fresh alpine air, reading...
